The young journalists who were invited to the Selection Stage between 23-25th of November 2013 in Pănicel, Brașov, were enrolled into an extensive training programme, which covered various current issues.
This programme was tutored by important names of the Romanian public scene: Gilda Lazăr – Corporate Affairs Communication Director at JTI; Cristina Vasiloiu – Co-President of the Euromonitor Foundation for Excellence; Vasile Baltac – President of CEPIS; Gabriel Giurgiu – Editor in Chief at the Romanian Television Corporation (TVR); Angela Avram – Journalist at TVR; Dan Apostol – Director at The Money Chanel (joined for a debate); Maria Toghina – Board Member of the Romanian Radio Broadcasting Corporation; Dan Pescariu – President of the Administration Council of Unicredit Tiriac; Mihai Stefan Donea – Representative of the European Commission in Romania; Carmen Boteanu – European Funds Director – Ministry of Agriculture; Valentin Selaru – Chief Prosecutor, Public Ministry; Cecilia Morariu – Judge at Alba-Iulia Court; Sorin Barariu – Journalist; Anne – Marie Blajan – Journalist; Ioana Iabob – Ziua Publication.
The courses took place in a pleasant educational environment, benefiting of cutting edge technologies.
