Euromonitor Foundation for Excellence announced the eleven winners of the JTI European Journalists Scholarship Program. Ceremony Announcement of diplomas and the eleven winners who will go to Brussels in a one week study visit took place at the European Commission Representation in Romania.

The young journalists who will win 1-week training period in Brussels are:

  1. Bianca Iacob – The Money Channel (24 ani)
  2. Alina Oprea – Ziarul Puterea (32 ani)
  3. Victoria Puiu – Ziarul national Timpul – Republica Moldova (25 ani)
  4. Oana Rusu – Radio Romania Actualitati (32 ani)
  5. Ana Samson – Deschide.md – Republica Moldova (21 ani)
  6. Laszlo Sipos – Media Index Association (33 ani)
  7. Claudiu Zamfir – HotNews.ro (32 ani)

Big winners of the JTI European Journalists Scholarships program, in addition at internship in Brussels, they will win 3-week training period at a prestigious European media organizations, are:

  1. Carmen Constantin – Realitatea TV (27 ani)
  2. Ioana Erdei – Romania TV (29 ani)
  3. Alina Matis – Gandul Info (24 ani)

Lord Niculae Idu, Head of European Commission Representation in Bucharest, was offered by the Foundation for Excellence plaque Euromonitor ‘Award of Excellence’ for the promotion of the European Union.
